Making the Blog!

For the past couple of years I have been wanting to create a travel blog as I explore my habitat. I created an in-depth creative plan when living in Vermont, but I moved prior to making that concept a reality. When I lost my job as part of the DOGE government layoffs of nontenured staff, I thought, 'go for it!!' The carousel below maps out the early planning stage to get this baby up off of the ground with a cohesive brand language from Day One. Many of my former colleagues and friends weighed in with feedback and critiques, which I sought out to ensure that my foundation was strong. I plan to circle back after the first ten posts to evaluate next steps, see which screws need to be tightened, and evolve the plan for growth and expansion.
