Concerts in the Barn (Quilcene, WA)

Each summer, the Quilcene Lantern hosts a series of live music concerts at the Barn — a perfect way to reset after the week and embrace the one ahead.

I’ve attended a few of the concerts and love the atmosphere: people sitting inside the barn or spreading out on the lawn, soaking in the music and sunshine. It’s common to see folks quietly drawing, knitting, or painting while they listen — a lovely, relaxed vibe.

Concerts last about two hours. Parking is available onsite, and beverages are sold in the “milking shed” (though you’re welcome to bring your own).

Note: the onsite bathrooms are port-a-potties, so plan accordingly.
